Who - Middle Tennessee Council Sea Scouts, Venturers, and Scouts BSA over 14.
● What - Sea Scout Regatta.
● Where - Grimes Canoe Base.
● Why - To create an identity for Sea Scouting in the Council and to encourage competition
between Ships.
● How - A weekend of competitions will foster excellence in Sea Scout skills. The Council
Boatswain will lead the charge on the planning and running of the event.
