The 2026 Middle Tennessee Council’s Adventure Card Sale will begin on February 26, 2026, and run through April 24, 2026. This $5.00 Scout card will help your Scouts earn their way to camp and the unit will earn 50% commission on every Scout card sold!

Top Council Sellers (Cub Scout and Scouts BSA) of the 2026 Adventure Card can qualify for a no-cost Summer Camp experience at Boxwell Reservation.
In addition, the Council will hold weekly prize drawings throughout the sale.

Adventure Card Timeline
March
Wednesday, March 25 – FedEx delivers adventure cards between 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Units can begin to arrive at 3 p.m. to check out cards.
Wednesday, March 25 – Adventure cards are distributed to units by either the unit comes by the office to check out, or the district executive delivers to the units. Adventure cards will be placed in Ziplock bags with unit numbers on them and the selection of card.
March 25 – 31 – Sell, Sell, Sell
April
April 1 – 30 – Sell, Sell, Sell
Weekly drawings for $25 gift cards will be held in the month of April to create enthusiasm and generate sales. ***
April 10 – First weekly adventure card drawing.
May
May 13 – Adventure card sale ends.
May 22 – All adventure cards and money are due to receive the full 50% commission.

Drawing Qualification and Instruction
***Sell 20 or more camp cards to be entered into a drawing for a $25 Amazon Gift Card*** Drawing is held every Friday until the close of the contest on May 8th. The Adventure Card sale ends on May 13th. Unit Leaders must complete this form and email it over to Erica Williams- Development Director, erica.williams@scouting.org no later than 3 pm on each Thursday prior to Friday’s drawing.
