YAC Meeting Agendas:

Agendas will be set beforehand, and topics shared with the youth at least a week in advance so they have time to prepare comments. The goal is to develop topics that are sufficiently narrow to elicit actionable feedback within the council's authority, while remaining broad enough to foster innovative ideas for improvement.

Considerations:

• How can we best engage youth in decision-making within our council?

• What efforts or events could benefit from including youth voices in decision-making?

• How can we encourage youth to aim for achievable goals within the local council's scope?

• How do we encourage innovative thinking that invites youth to think more broadly about how to improve the Scouting experience?

• What method will adult facilitators use to ensure they are accountable for sharing and using youth input?
