Reserva Boxwell

Reserva Boxwell
A weekend for Scouts, families, and leaders to come together in a celebration of Scouting spirit, adventure, and community.
Across all levels: Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturers, participants can expect a full slate of hands‑on activities. Evening arena shows, demonstration booths, trading post, and fellowship will round out each day. Siblings and parents are welcome to join in the fun!
Why attend?
This tradition comes around once every four years and is expected to bring together 5,000 Scouts from across the state for three days at Boxwell. The theme is America 250, and we're building an event worthy of it.
New this year! The registration form is simplified to just a few short questions, and the earlier your unit registers, the earlier you'll choose your camp site — first come, first served, so don't wait.
What your Scouts can look forward to:
-
Inflatables, Face Painting, Range and Target Sports, Rockets, STEM center, Patriotic Arts and Crafts and a fun-filled Freedom Trail.
-
Axe throwing, chalk ball, drone show, STEM activities, and charitable activations on site
-
Food trucks, TEMA, Vanderbilt Flight, Nashville sports presence, live music and performances on the Midway
-
Troop, pack and adult leader competitions for everything from best banner, costume, photo, Dutch oven, corn hole and scavenger hunt
-
Cub Scouts get their own show Saturday afternoon, an America 250-themed trivia battle between ranks built around figures like Davy Crockett and the Bell Witch
-
Older Scouts can write, shoot, and submit their own 3-minute films for the Mini Movie Contest, screened in front of their peers
This is a weekend built to give every age group, from Cub Scouts to Venturers, stories they'll tell for a lifetime.
Looking forward to seeing you all out at Boxwell in November.

Open to Scouts in troops and districts. Start writing your script and shooting footage NOW.

We will also have a Cub Show taking place on the afternoon of Saturday, November 7 at the Amphitheater down the hill from the Crab.
This will be an audience participation show themed around folk heroes, in keeping with the “America 250” theme of the Jamboree. Cub Scout participants will be asked trivia questions about American history and folk figures such as Davy Crockett and the Bell Witch. It’s a battle between Cub Scout ranks, with the spotlight fully on our Cub Scouts!
Council Jamboree Photo Contest
The Middle Tennessee Council is excited to announce two photo contests for this year's Council Jamboree - one before the Jamboree and one during the event! All Scouts and volunteers are invited to participate.
Show your skills. Share your adventure. Tell your story. Capture the spirit of Scouting through your lens for a chance to have your photos recognized at the Council Jamboree and featured in future Middle Tennessee Council publications, with photographer credit.
Click the two buttons below to view the guidelines and submission details for each contest. We can't wait to see the Jamboree through your eyes!
